THE AGREEMENT:

By booking a tour with Sara Morocco Private Tours you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions. The specific services to be provided are those referred to in the Detailed Itinerary provided with your Booking Confirmation Invoice.

TRAVELLING WITH US YOU SHOULD ACCEPT TO:

* Be flexible in case of varying circumstances and modified itineraries or other conditions. * Be able to accept different cultures, including local people and your travel mates. * Respect the local traditions, habits and way of living. * Be polite and liberal with your travel mates, guide, driver(s) and anyone we will have contact during the trip. * Avoid offending people around you. * Avoid using illegal drugs.

MAKE A BOOKING:

A deposit of 50% of the Price is required before we confirm a booking for our luxury tours. Please note that costs of payment(s) transferred via bank are not included in the tour price, all such costs shall be borne entirely by you. The deposit is non-refundable but can be credited to the cost of an alternative trip taken within 40 weeks of the original start date of your travel arrangements less costs incurred i.e. hotel cancellation fees. On receipt of your deposit/payment in full, we will confirm your travel arrangements in writing and issue a detailed itinerary and invoice. We reserve the right to change the Price, services or other particulars before written confirmation of your booking. Once confirmed, the Price of your travel arrangements is not subject to further surcharges or increases. It is essential that you provide passenger names (including forenames) as they appear on passports. You are responsible for meeting any visa and passport requirements. Information on visa and passport requirements can be obtained from your nearest Moroccan Embassy or www.morocco.embassyhomepage.com

PAYMENT PROCEDURES:

The balance of the Price is payable before the start date of your travel arrangements upon arrival to Morocco in Cash or with credit card. Please note that if payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements and make cancellation charges. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer. For tours where the payment is not received in time we reserve the right to cancel the hotel reservations that will be re-booked, subject to availability, when payment is received. If the rooms are no longer available alternative options will be proposed and this may affect the price.

AMEND A BOOKING:

Amendments to your booking are not usually possible within 60 days of the start date of your travel arrangements without incurring additional costs. Requests to amend a Confirmed Tour must be made in writing quoting your booking reference number (invoice number) together with the requested amendment. Sara Morocco Private Tours will try to accommodate requests to amend a Confirmed Tour, but we cannot guarantee to do so. Amendments to your Confirmed Tour are not usually possible within 30 days of the start date of your trip. If, while in Morocco, you deviate from the Confirmed Tour all costs resulting from such an action are your responsibility. No refunds will be made for any unused accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, services, or any other trip inclusion not utilized. No refunds will be made if you leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. In the case of amendment to your Confirmed Tour, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred, together with an administration charge of $45 / 40 € per person. Where MDH confirms amendments, you are responsible for ensuring that your visa and/or insurance cover and/or flights remain valid. Where, for whatever reason, Sara Morocco Private Tours cannot make the requested amendment, you may proceed with the trip as set out in the Detailed Itinerary for your Confirmed Tour, or you may cancel the trip in which case you will be liable for the cancellation charges in accordance with the scale set out below.

CANCELLATION BY OUR CAMPANY:

Sara Morocco Private Tours reserves the right to cancel a Confirmed Tour and will advise you of such cancellations no later than 56 days before the tour departure date. Where the cancellation is due to ‘Force Majeure’ or government travel advice, our Tour Company reserves the right to cancel a departure at any time. Should Comfort Travel Morocco cancel your confirmed trip you will be given the choice of taking the same holiday within a 26 week period or accepting a full refund (except in the case of ‘Force Majeure’ or government travel advice when refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs). Our Tour Company will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you or to pay any other compensation to you. Force Majeure: Sara Morocco Private Tours will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of trips due to ‘Force Majeure’. ‘Force Majeure’ includes a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Comfort Travel Morocco and includes, but is not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, natural, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood and strikes.

CANCELLATION BY YOU:

If you wish to cancel your Confirmed Tour, notification of cancellation must be made to Sara Morocco Private Tours by email to comforttravelmorocco@gmail.com . The date of the cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by our Tour Company. Cancellation Charges are applicable as follows, per person : Days Prior to Trip Start Written Notice Received Cancellation Charge * At least 60 days: Loss of deposit. * 30 – 59 days: Loss of 70% of Tour Price. * 30 days or less: Loss of 100% of Tour Price. If we do not receive the deposit of the Tour within 60 days of the tour start date on your invoice we may treat your booking as cancelled and you will lose your deposit. Additional Sara Morocco Private Tours cancellation penalties may apply. Please note that we do not issue reminders. Before cancelling your booking, we recommend you review your insurance policy’s terms concerning recovery of cancellation charges.

FORCE MAJEURE:

We may have to make changes to your travel arrangements in the event of force majeure. If we have to cancel all or part of your tour, in the event of force majeure, we will refund the cost of the part cancelled less any expenses incurred on your behalf as authorized by you but will not be liable to pay compensation to you. Force majeure is for example, circumstances where performance and/or prompt performance is prevented by war, threat of war, riot, civil disturbance, natural or nuclear disasters, industrial dispute (defined below), terrorist activity, fire, or adverse weather conditions. Industrial dispute is defined as a dispute between a person, other than ourselves, supplying services comprised in travel arrangements and (a) his employee and/or (b) any other person whose services affect the travel arrangements, which we cannot reasonably be expected to overcome by substituting comparable alternative arrangements.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Adequate and valid travel insurance is compulsory for all our clients. All types of insurance are your responsibility. Before setting out on your trip you must obtain travel insurance covering loss, expenses and damages arising from accidents, injury, illness and death, medical expenses, including any related to pre-existing medical conditions, emergency repatriation and personal liability (the Compulsory Travel Insurance). Sara Morocco Private Tours also recommends your insurance covers cancellation (including cancellation of the trip (in whole or in part) and of flights), curtailment, delays and loss of luggage, personal money and personal effects. By booking a tour and paying the deposit or full Tour Price you agree to obtain the Compulsory Travel Insurance before commencing your tour. You must carry proof of insurance with you and produce it if reasonably requested by Sara Morocco Private Tours’ employees or suppliers. Our Tour Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend your participation on a trip or in certain activities that comprise part of a trip, at any time, including after the commencement of your tour of Morocco, with no right of refund, if you are unable to provide proof of insurance when requested.

ACCOMMODATION:

The standard of accommodation will vary according to the standards available in Morocco and should be judged according to local standards. If you are in any doubt about the suitability, to your own requirements, of the facilities, transport, accommodation or conditions prevailing in Morocco, then you should make written enquiry to us as we cannot otherwise be held responsible for failure to meet your requirements. Whilst every effort will be made to meet reasonable requests, they cannot be guaranteed. Hotels are subject to availability and may be changed for a hotel of a similar standard. If so, you will be notified and this may result in an increase in cost subject to your choice of the alternative accommodation that is available for your dates.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:

Special requests or requirements that are essential to your booking (e.g. dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance or special facilities for certain medical conditions) must be made known to us in writing before you book. We will contact our suppliers and the request will only become a term of your contract with us if we confirm in writing that the request can be met and your booking proceeds on that basis. We are happy to pass on any other reasonable requests that you may have (e.g. desired location of hotel rooms or other requirements as to meals) but they cannot be guaranteed and will not form part of our contract. No compensation will be payable if such requests are not fulfilled.

COMPLAINTS:

If you have a complaint, you must immediately notify your driver/local contact who will do whatever he/she can to help you there and then; you may be asked to complete a customer complaint form at the time. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the actions taken to deal with your complaint, and you wish to take the matter further, you must put your complaint in writing to us within 2 weeks of your return giving all the details. We promise to deal with any dispute fairly and promptly.
